It’s tough to make the right choice when looking for the right entertainment for Junior’s birthday party.
Here are some things to consider…
I) Age Appropriate:
You want to consider the ages of your guests. For example most toddlers aren’t ready to appreciate the wonders of a magician.
(there are always exceptions in this category. Bright and alert toddlers will sit with friends and siblings through a good magic act. At their age, they respond to visual stimulation).
Some children may be shy and not want to sit with the others, but soon they will see all of the other guests playing along carelessly. In this case, simply leave them to themselves. They often will watch the entertainer from their own corner of the room, a little further away from the others. This is okay because they will still enjoy themselves and probably overcome their fear before the show is over.
Four and five year olds tend to prefer something a little more sophisticated in the way of entertainment. A comedy magician is usually a big hit, keeping them laughing and engaged throughout the show. Just be sure you’re not getting a “kiddie” magic show for the 10 year olds because a basic “kiddie” magic act won’t impress the 10 year olds. They will want something more dynamic and tailored to their age.
With Steve’s magic show, you will always get age appropriate Magic. Steve knows how to entertain all ages with style and professionalism.
He’s done it all, from daycares to high schoolers!
